WHAT: STAFF PARTY FOR THE HEALTH ADMINISTRATION
THE TASK: We were asked to organize an extraordinary party for 950 employees working for Region Gotland's Health Administration.
A major challenge in the assignment was to find a venue that could accommodate as many people as possible, while at the same time being perceived as festive. And to create a festive and luxurious atmosphere and feeling for each employee.
SOLUTION: We found a venue that is not normally perceived as a typical party venue. But with the help of lighting, flooring, decorations and sound, we created an atmosphere in the room with a wow feeling!
