Christmas dinner with ISG

WHAT:A dinner beyond the usual Christmas buffet for its staff, 25 people

THE ASSIGNMENT:The assignment was to create a dinner for ISG staff to mark the end of the year. Despite it being Advent, they didn't want a traditionalChristmas buffet, but rather something out of the ordinary. They also wanted to be left undisturbed and be the sole focus of attention for the evening.

SOLUTION:goGotland wanted the group to experience the world heritage site and therefore chose to hold the dinner in Klosterlängan and S:ta Karin, where lighting and heaters were used to create a wonderful atmosphere in the dark winter months. The group made their entrance from Stora Torget via the mighty S:ta Karin church ruins, which were lit by crackling fire baskets, where a steaming hot drink was served before dinner. There, the group learned about the history of the ruins through a magical walk with historical stories and anecdotes. This was followed by a four-course dinner in Klosterlängan, which was filled with light, music, and warmth for the evening.
