WHAT: Kick off for customer together with Eventyr Nine Yards, 600 people.
THE TASK: goGotland was commissioned by Eventyr NineYards to help their client with a 2 day Kick-off in Visby. It included everything from luggage handling, to optional activities for the participants, lunch, pre-drinks in a ruin and dinner. They wanted help to find unique places with a sense of history/world heritage and Gotland. There had to be a wide range of activities so that all employees could find something that interested them.
Participants would be able to take part in the activities themselves, whether it was food, yoga or a tour.
They also wanted to create a pre-dinner party. Where history and modernity could meet and then all participants would get to eat at dine-around i.e. authentic restaurants around the city.
SOLUTION:
goGotland met the group on the first day at the air and ferry terminals and picked up luggage to be taken to each participant's hotel.
They then planned and prepared for the optional activities that took place on the following day. It could be anything from cooking with a chef and yoga in a ruin to a treasure hunt and crossfit at Paviljongsplan. It all ended with a joint lunch for the whole group at Gotlandsänget with a festival feel, barbecue, picnic blankets and bubbles.
In the evening, the whole group gathered again for pre-drinks in St. Lars Ruin where the management of the company performed a concert-like performance, and then DJ and full party until dinner when everyone was escorted to selected restaurants around Visby.
