In close dialog we work out a proposal. Here we work together to create a concept that fits the company's vision, expectations, budget and wishes. 

Suggest

We work closely with you to develop a proposal that suits your business. We develop a customized proposal with different options and services that fit your vision and budget. After presenting the proposal, we go through every detail carefully and adjust it together if necessary. Our ambition is to fill your conference with as much added value as possible.

Activate

Once we agree on every little detail, we start planning and activating for the highest quality. In regular check-ins, we adjust together. We book suppliers, arrange logistics and make sure everything is carefully thought out before your conference. During the event, we are on site to monitor and ensure that everything goes according to plan. Afterwards, we evaluate together.

We do not pull rabbis (rabbit in Gotlandic) out of the hat, but we have the knowledge, passion and ambition to enable magical meetings in a unique environment for real. When the scenery becomes reality, the whole of Gotland is our arena.
