WHAT: 10th anniversary 2 day celebration, 95 people
THE TASK: goGotland was commissioned to organize BRS Network's 10th anniversary for 2 days on Gotland. On the first day, the mission was to take them to a relaxed environment with group cohesion as the focus. On the second day, they wanted to experience the world heritage of Visby while continuing to work on team activities. They also wanted help with a final dinner in the evening, which would be in addition to the usual restaurant visit. The mission of goGotland was to take care of the whole thing so that they could relax and participate in the activities themselves.
SOLUTION: To break away from the office environment, we took them to the beach, where they got sand between their toes, ate burgers and listened to live music in a magical sunset. To boost team spirit, they were given various activities focused on play and teamwork.
On the second day, a scavenger hunt was organized in groups around Visby. Focusing on the magical buildings of the World Heritage Site and the cohesion of the different groups.
The days ended with an extraordinary banquet in one of the coolest venues in Visby - Klosterlängan. goGotland arranged the entire program for the evening, with presenters and performances so that the BRS team could focus on each other and enjoy the party!
