WHAT: Energy Arenaduring Almedalen Week. 150 people
THE ASSIGNMENT:goGotland has a multi-year assignment for Energiföretagen during Almedalsveckan, which involves overall responsibility for their Almedalsarena.
SOLUTION: goGotlandhas overall responsibility for several venues during Almedalsveckan. The energy companies are an important part of these. The assignment from the energy companies means that goGotland is responsible for everything from premises and arena construction, concept and development, technology and equipment, branding and printed materials, project management and event staff, catering for networking events, seminars, and round-table discussions.
goGotland's Almedalen arenas are all located in the heart of Visby, in the middle of the 13th century world heritage site. The arenas are therefore completely unique and many are built from scratch based on each customer's unique needs. goGotland has a project manager who follows the customer with follow-ups and preparations throughout the year to constantly develop and adapt based on the wishes that exist for the coming year.
