Today, we are delighted to announce that Emelie Ahlin will be taking over as the new CEO. Emelie will be taking on the leadership role with the task of further developing the company's position as one of Gotland's most dynamic players in the field of events, meetings, and experiences—for local, national, and international customers, with sustainable experiences at the forefront.
Emelie Ahlin has been responsible for operations since 2021. Now she is taking the plunge and leading goGotland into the next phase of its growth journey. With a solid background in communications and sales, as well as a strong focus on creativity, quality, and long-term sustainability, she will continue to develop goGotland AB in line with market and destination opportunities.
Emelie takes over the role of CEO from Robin Malmqvist, who remains as owner and board member.

The Board of Directors views the appointment as a strategic step for the company's continued development and long-term ambitions.
