As we sum up another eventful year at goGotland , we would like to highlight this year's motto: "The courage to grow together selflessly." For us, courage does not always mean daring to do big things—sometimes courage can be a small step in the right direction. Daring to be curious. Daring to change. And daring to do it selflessly together.
In 2025, we have experienced the power of courage when combined with consideration, creativity, and collaboration. Together with guests, friends, and colleagues, we have created encounters that have touched, engaged, and inspired—encounters that feel real and that last.
2025 has been a year in which we have taken major steps forward. We have continued to build our business on the essence of goGotland – authentic experiences, presence, and attention to every detail. Despite a constantly changing world around us, we stand firm thanks to our strong relationships and our shared drive.
And what a year it turned out to be:
During Almedalen Week, we organized over 768 seminars and networking events, spread across 32 venues around Visby – a record year that truly demonstrated what happens when logistics, creativity, and teamwork come together in perfect harmony. We also had the honor of being part of a large-scale event with over 600 guests, a production that put our ability to collaborate and our reliability to the test in the best possible way.
During the year, we welcomed more than 150 conference groups, each with their own unique goals, needs, and dreams – and each group received an experience tailored specifically for them. We also had the privilege of contributing to 24 fantastic wedding stories, where each love story became a unique and unforgettable day. We are also incredibly proud to have had the honor of being part of this year's Lucia morning, produced by SVT – three magical locations in Visby, prime time broadcasting, and a cozy, winter-dark Visby that seems to have gone straight to the hearts of the Swedish people.
We have organized public events with over 5,000 visitors, meetings that have created joy and energy and filled Visby with a pulse that has lingered long after the events have ended.
Perhaps most importantly, we have collaborated with over 200 partners and suppliers —people we proudly call our friends and our extended team. Without them, none of this would have been possible.
Glimpses from the year – small moments and big productions
2025 has offered assignments in every conceivable form – from the most private to the truly extensive. We have transformed ruins, warehouses, and historic environments into soulful places where living stories have come into their own. We have created state-of-the-art seminar spaces during Almedalsveckan, where thousands of participants have taken part in conversations that shape our future.
We have produced large-scale mingle events in record time, where the team's speed, creativity, and sense of quality have been tested, and we have delivered without compromising on a single detail. We have built event environments where companies meet, celebrate, learn, and grow together, and we have designed public events that have attracted both Gotland residents and visitors from all over the world.
It is precisely this breadth that makes our work so unique and meaningful—being able to create many different types of experiences. Always with high ambitions and sincere consideration, at every step of the process.
Selflessly together as a compass
Last year's motto , "Selflessly together," has guided us through 2025 as a reminder of what is most important. As we look ahead, we see very clearly that we want to continue living by this motto beyond 2026.
In a world where everything moves quickly—sometimes too quickly—selfless cooperation is more important than ever. Giving without demanding anything in return. Helping each other grow. Standing strong together when the going gets tough and sharing the joy when things are going well. We have seen time and time again that when we act selflessly together, we achieve our best results.
That is also why we continue to let this motto be our compass.

Towards a new year – with Pippi on my shoulder and courage in my heart
As we wrap up the year and enter a long-awaited period of rest, we are reminded of the playfulness, courage, and imagination that Pippi Longstocking represents. Her words still carry us:
"I've never tried that, so I'm sure I can do it!"
With that attitude—and with each other—we will take on 2026.
We will continue to grow. We will continue to dare. And we will continue to create magic together.
